Show Your Reliability

Employers want someone they can count on, so be ready to talk about your work ethic. Share instances where you’ve gone above and beyond, whether it’s arriving early, staying late, or taking initiative in your cleaning duties. This will reassure them that you can work independently.

Since an enhanced DBS check is essential, be prepared to discuss your background and any relevant checks you’ve had done in the past. Being open and honest about this process will show your integrity and commitment to safety in the workplace.
