Bench Joiner Required! RecruitEasy is looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to work for our client based in Newton Abbot, Devon.

Duration: Temp - Perm

Start Date: 18-05-2026

Pay Rate: Up To £17.00 Per Hour (paid weekly); depends on experience and tickets. We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay.

Job Roles:

  • Work from technical drawings to manufacture bespoke joinery items
  • Measure, cut and assemble timber components accurately
  • Use a range of hand tools and workshop machinery
  • Carry out finishing work to a high standard
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment

Requirements:

  • Previous bench joinery or workshop experience
  • Ability to confidently read and interpret drawings
  • Skilled in using hand tools and woodworking machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team
