RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Banksman to work for our client based in Newton Abbot, Devon.

Duration: Temporary

Start Date: 26-05-2026

Location: Newton Abbot, Devon

Pay Rate: £21.00 – £22.00 Per Hour – paid weekly. Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets. We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay.

Job Roles:

  • Communicating with drivers and plant operators verbally and by radio and/or industry standard hand signals.
  • Directing the movement of vehicles around the site.
  • Providing clear, correct and safe directions to plant operators.
  • Understanding risks (e.g. blind spots) and how to manage these effectively.

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS/NPORS Banksman/Traffic Marshal Ticket.
  • EL1 Clearance.
  • BPSS Clearance.
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
