Pay Rate: £200.00 - £220.00 Per Day - paid weekly!
Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.
We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join a busy team working on social housing kitchen and property refurbishment projects across Worcester and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled plumber looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Job Roles
- Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works
- Installing sanitary ware and associated fittings
- Completing plumbing work as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Working within occupied and void social housing properties
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a domestic plumber
- Experience with 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
- Previous social housing or refurbishment experience
- Relevant plumbing qualifications
- Good knowledge of current plumbing regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Professional and courteous manner when working in tenants' homes
- Reliable and hardworking approach
- CSCS Card required
- DBS Check required (can be arranged)
Start Date: Immediate Duration: Ongoing Pay Rate: £200.00 - £220.00 Per Day Location: Worcester.
We do not charge Payroll Admin Fees or use Umbrella Companies to process your pay - so you get to keep more of your take home pay.
