Duration: Temp-to-Perm
Start Date: 02-11-2026
Pay Rate: £150.00 - £170.00 Per Day - paid weekly!
Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.
We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!
We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a busy team working on social housing refurbishment projects across Worcester and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Job Roles:
- Preparing surfaces ready for decoration
- Filling, sanding and making good walls and woodwork
- Painting walls, ceilings, doors, skirting boards and other finishes
- Completing work to a high standard within occupied and void properties
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy
- Liaising professionally with tenants, site teams and supervisors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Experience working on domestic refurbishment projects
- Previous social housing experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of preparation and finishing techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Professional attitude when working in occupied properties
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Valid CSCS card required
- DBS check required (can be completed after starting)
Start Date: ImmediateDuration: Temp-to-PermPay Rate: £150.00 - £170.00 Per DayLocation: Worcester.
