Pay Rate: £220.00 - £220.00 Per Day - paid weekly!
Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.
We are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Bathroom Fitter / Wet Room Installer to join a busy team working on social housing properties throughout Worcester and the surrounding areas.
Job Roles:
- Full bathroom and wet room installations
- Rip-outs and refits
- Basic plumbing, tiling and finishing works
- General multi-skilled repairs and maintenance
- Working within occupied and void social housing properties
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard while maintaining a professional approach with tenants
Requirements:
- Proven experience fitting bathrooms and wet rooms
- Previous social housing experience essential
- Multi-skilled background with the ability to complete associated finishing works
- CSCS Card preferred
- DBS Check required (can be completed following start)
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
