Duration: Ongoing Start Date: 20-10-2026 Pay Rate: between £300.00 - £400.00 Per Day - paid weekly! Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets. We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay! Job Roles: Managing day-to-day site operations Coordinating subcontractors, plant and labour Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget Monitoring progress against programme Liaising with clients, engineers and project stakeholders Maintaining quality standards and site documentation Supporting commercial and project delivery teams Requirements: Must have a valid CSCS Card Proven experience as a Highways Agent within Civil Engineering Relevant industry qualifications and certifications Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Benefits: We do not charge Payroll Admin Fees or use Umbrella Companies to process your pay - so you get to keep more of your take home pay.
