Global Footprint: Small international teams, with key office locations in Central London, Manchester, and dedicated Finance/Sourcing operations in South America (Peru).

The Opportunity: Finance Director
This is a high-impact, commercially focused role for a finance leader who wants to be a pivotal part of an ambitious growth journey. You will work directly with the highly successful and dynamic Founder/CEO.
Role Details:
- Location: United Kingdom.
- Flexibility: The position offers remote working flexibility, but the successful candidate must be able to commute regularly to the London and Manchester office hubs.
- Travel Requirement: The role involves frequent international travel to the South American sourcing base (approximately 6 times per year).
- Compensation: Up to £90,000 GBP per annum.
- Long-Term Upside: Significant incentive opportunity through a potential bonus/payout/equity linked to the successful 2030 sale event (commensurate with experience).
What We Need You to Bring: The Ideal Candidate Checklist
This search is highly specialised. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate success in a similar, rapid-growth environment.
- F&B Growth Expertise: Proven experience as a Finance Director (FD) or Financial Controller (FC) within a Consumer Food & Beverage (F&B) ‘Challenger Brand’.
- Scale-Up Track Record: Has been instrumental in managing the finance function during a period of scale, specifically overseeing revenue growth from approximately 25 million GBP to 100 million GBP.
- Qualifications: Fully qualified with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Language Skills (Essential): Bilingual Spanish and English Speaking is a very strong preference (ideally required due to close collaboration with the South American finance/sourcing team).
Note: We are open to discussing sponsorship or relocation for exceptional Spanish/English speaking candidates, given the necessity of communication with the key operational teams.
