About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer / Gang Lead to join our team, working on behalf of a valued client in Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong background in drainage and excavation to take on a leadership role within a growing and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a small team (gang) on drainage projects
- Carry out and oversee drainage installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Read and interpret site drawings and plans
- Operate plant and machinery where required
- Coordinate with site management and other trades on-site
- Maintain compliance with health safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in drainage works

- Full UK driving licence preferred
