About the role: Commercial management of our most profitable client across circa 17 regional offices and commercial point of contact identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue through strategic relationship management. This role is critical in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our most valuable client, ensuring seamless project delivery, and driving commercial success. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with technical and commercial acumen in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact in conjunction with the Bid Manager.
  • Understand client needs and work with internal stakeholders (design, operations, finance) to design and deliver customised solutions aligned with their sustainability and commercial goals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth within key accounts.
  • Forecast and manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and commercial viability.
  • Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key account metrics, providing regular updates to both client and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, policy developments, and competitor activity.
