We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team working on various construction sites across Birmingham. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day site operations, support tradesmen, and help maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting tradesmen and site managers with daily tasks
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Keeping the site clean, organised, and safe
- Moving materials around site safely
- General lifting and manual handling duties
- Following health & safety regulations at all times
- Using hand and power tools when required
- Assisting with site setup and clear-down
- Reporting hazards or issues to supervisors
Requirements
- Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred
- Valid CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Punctual and reliable
- PPE required (boots, hi-vis, hard hat)
