About the Role:
Recruit A Driver is recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK furniture manufacturer for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join their Doncaster-based delivery operation. This is a physically active, hands-on role delivering high-quality furniture, primarily sofas, to trade warehouses and retail outlets. This is a single-person delivery role, so drivers must be confident handling large and bulky items independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a Class 2 box vehicle
- Deliver furniture, mainly sofas, to trade warehouses and retail outlets
- Complete up to 7 local drops per shift
- Handle and move furniture safely, working independently
- Maintain accurate paperwork and professional standards
