About the Role: Recruit A Driver are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 Day Driver to work out of Baildon. This role involves general haulage curtainside multi-drop deliveries, transporting palletised loads to commercial customers. Drivers will use a pallet truck to offload where the customer does not unload. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for ongoing weekday work with immediate starts available.
Duties Include:
- Completing curtainside multi-drop deliveries
- Transporting palletised goods safely and efficiently
- Using a pallet truck to offload where required
- Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
- Providing professional customer service at delivery points
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (CE) Licence
- Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience required
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience with curtainside work preferred
- Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
- Reliable and professional attitude
