Recruit A Driver is growing fast and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with driving / logistics recruitment experience to join our team. This is a 360 recruitment role focused on HGV, van and logistics drivers across Yorkshire. If you already know the driving market, this is a desk you can hit the ground running on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement
  • Source, screen and register drivers (Class 1, Class 2, van, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with transport managers
  • Fill temporary and permanent driving vacancies quickly and compliantly
  • Manage candidate availability, bookings and feedback
  • Ensure compliance (licences, CPC, right to work, checks)

Skills, Experience & Abilities Required

  • Proven recruitment experience (driving / logistics strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of HGV & driving roles (Class 1, Class 2, van)
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills
  • Confident communicator - phone, email and face-to-face
  • Organised, resilient and target-driven
  • Ability to work fast-paced and manage multiple vacancies
