About the Role
Recruit A Driver are recruiting a reliable Class 2 Driver for a temp to perm opportunity with a well-established business based in Middleton, Leeds. This role offers consistent work with the opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
You will be delivering doors and flat-pack furniture to builders merchants and customers across the region, completing approximately 10-15 drops per day. Doors are offloaded on site by forklift, although some manual handling is required. The role involves 3-4 nights out per week. The vehicle is fitted with a fridge in the cab. Drivers may park at any services accepting SNAP accounts; if alternative services are used, expenses will be reimbursed.
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
