Recruit A Driver are seeking an experienced Class 2 Tipper Driver to join a busy client in Wakefield. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers with a proven background in tipper work, particularly on landfills and quarries.
The Role
- Start times between 06:00 08:00am
- Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime available
- Drive loaded tipper vehicles and tip materials at client yards or recycling centres
- Journeys range from 10 minutes up to over an hour
- Manual handling and loading may be required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Class 2 tipper experience
- Recent experience (within last 6 months) driving Class 2 vehicles
- Valid UK C Licence (held for at least 24 months)
- Maximum 9 penalty points (minor offences only)
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Up-to-date Driver CPC Qualification
- Confident with manual handling and loading
