For Companies We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 driver to work for a well-established timber merchant based in Huddersfield. Ideal for a driver who is confident with securing loads and operating a split gearbox vehicle.
Role Details:
- Start Time: 07:30 AM
- Location: Huddersfield
- Pay: £15.50 per hour
- Deliveries: Approx. 5 drops per day
- Areas Covered: Yorkshire, Humberside & Lincolnshire
- Vehicle: Split gearbox (experience required)
- Load Securing: Must be competent using ratchet straps
- Drop Types: A mix of residential and construction sites
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC & Digi Card
- Comfortable with load securing using straps
- Experience with site and home deliveries preferred
