About the Role
Recruit A Driver is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for a well-established client based in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for Class 1 qualified drivers looking for regular weekday work with ongoing opportunities available. The role involves the safe and professional delivery of goods to customer locations using Class 1 vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver goods safely and efficiently to customer sites
- Carry out daily vehicle and load safety checks
- Ensure full compliance with transport regulations
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Report any vehicle defects or issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery
- Comply with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence held for at least 12 months
- Recent Class 1 driving experience within the last 6–12 months
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)
- Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
