7.5 Tonne Multi-Drop Driver Birstall (Temp to Perm) Location: Birstall Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Start Date: Ongoing Job Type: Temp to Perm / Ongoing Placement Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off rotating or Monday to Friday rota available Start Time: Between 05:00 07:00 (depending on route) About the Role Recruit A Driver is currently recruiting an experienced 7.5 Tonne Multi-Drop Driver to join a trusted client on an ongoing placement in Birstall. This is a multi-drop delivery role involving refrigerated vehicles and deliveries to food-related customer sites nationwide. The Role Drive refrigerated vehicles, completing up to 18 drops per shift Use a tail lift to offload palletised goods Some handball with a trolley may be required Deliver to food-related customer sites nationwide Carry out safe loading and unloading at delivery points Use handheld terminals for delivery confirmations Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects Ensure the vehicle is safe and compliant at all times Requirements Valid Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) licence held for at least 2 years Recent commercial driving experience within the last 612 months Maximum 6 points on licence (minor offences only) Reliable, punctual and professional approach Good understanding of vehicle checks and safe working practices Why Work With Recruit A Driver?
