Recruit A Driver are looking for a reliable Class 2 Driver to join a trusted client on an ongoing placement. This role is ideal for drivers who prefer steady work and a consistent weekday routine.
The Role
- Completing multi-drop deliveries (up to 10 stops per shift)
- Using a tail lift to offload palletised goods (some handball with a trolley may be required)
- Delivering to food-related customer sites nationwide
- Safe loading and unloading at delivery points
- Using handheld terminals for delivery confirmations
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Keeping the vehicle compliant and roadworthy at all times
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence held for at least 2 years
- Recent commercial driving experience (within the last 6-12 months)
- Maximum 6 points on licence (minor offences only)
- Professional and reliable approach to work
