Warehouse Team Leader - Afternoon Shift
Location: Warwick
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00
Contract: Temp to perm, with a view to a permanent contract after 12 weeks
Recruitable Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for our client in Warwick.
This hands-on role involves overseeing a team of warehouse operatives, organising workloads and keeping goods in and wider warehouse activities running safely and efficiently.
The role
- Supervising warehouse operatives and allocating daily tasks.
- Overseeing goods in, checking deliveries and ensuring stock is booked in accurately.
- Coordinating put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Monitoring workloads and progress against daily priorities.
- Maintaining stock accuracy and investigating discrepancies.
- Operating forklift trucks and supporting warehouse duties.
- Ensuring safe working practices and a tidy, organised warehouse.
- Supporting team members and reporting operational issues to management.
What we're looking for
- Previous warehouse team leader or supervisory experience.
- Experience in goods in and general warehouse operations.
- A valid counterbalance FLT licence and relevant operating experience are essential.
- Bendi or Aisle Master forklift operating experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A reliable, practical approach and the confidence to lead by example.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00.

- An initial 12-week temporary assignment, with the intention of transferring to a permanent contract following successful completion.
