About the Role
Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for a reliable Cleaner to work at a busy manufacturing site in Redditch. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site, including toilets, canteen facilities and other shared communal areas.
Key Duties
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Cleaning the staff canteen and kitchen areas
- Cleaning offices, corridors and communal spaces
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Replenishing soap, toilet rolls and other supplies
- Sanitising high-touch areas
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning supply issues
Requirements
- Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience is preferred
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Able to travel to Redditch for a 6:00am start
- Available to work the rotating shift pattern
