About the Role
Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation based in Redditch. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience, ideally within part-picking, who is confident operating both Bendi and Counterbalance FLT trucks.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, picking parts accurately, moving stock safely and helping ensure goods are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking parts and preparing orders accurately
- Operating Bendi and Counterbalance FLT trucks safely
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading goods where required
- Checking stock, labels and paperwork for accuracy
- Supporting general warehouse duties
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Experience in part-picking is highly desirable
- Valid Bendi licence is required
- Valid Counterbalance licence is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work to deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Positive, hands-on attitude
