Recruitable Staffing Solutions are recruiting a Quality Technician for a straight permanent position in Coventry, working a day shift.
Salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum.
In this role, you'll be hands-on with inspection and measurement, using FARO Arm / Absolute Arm with PolyWorks to create measurement programmes and reports for both current production and new product introduction. You'll also use tools like height gauges, verniers and micrometres, support investigations, and contribute to quality reviews and audits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing daily measurement reports (first-off / last-off)
- Measurement reporting for new products and capability studies
- Completing product and process audits to schedule / on request
- Maintaining calibration logs for measuring equipment
- Supporting fixture and drawing reviews (datum structure, tolerances, feasibility)
- Taking part in 8D/problem-solving and presenting quality data in meetings
- Supporting training and continuous improvement activity
What we're looking for:
- Experience with FARO Arm / Absolute Arm
- Experience with PolyWorks is essential
- Good working knowledge of GD&T
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, reliable approach
- Confident communicator who can work well across teams
Hours: 37 per week
Mon-Thu: 7:30am-4:00pm
Fri: 7:30am-12:30pm
Salary: £32,000- £35,000 pa (day shift)
