About the Role
Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Bendi / Flexi FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation based in Redditch. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience, ideally within part-picking, who holds a valid Bendi or Flexi FLT licence.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, picking parts accurately, moving stock safely and ensuring goods are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Bendi or Flexi FLT trucks safely
- Picking parts and preparing orders accurately
- Moving and putting away stock
- Loading and unloading goods where required
- Checking stock, labels and paperwork for accuracy
- Supporting general warehouse duties
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Following health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- A valid Bendi or Flexi FLT licence is essential
- Recent experience operating a Bendi or Flexi truck
- Part-picking experience is highly desirable

- £13.93 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- Various day shifts available
- Start times between 7:00am and 11:00am
