Recruitable Staffing are proud to be recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Warwick. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with proven warehouse leadership experience who can motivate a team, manage daily workloads and maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting warehouse operatives
- Allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately
- Supporting goods-in, stock control and general warehouse operations
- Monitoring productivity and meeting daily targets
- Resolving operational issues and escalating where required
- Conducting team briefings
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed

- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

- Previous warehouse team leader or supervisory experience
