Role Overview: Recruitable Staffing Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a client based in Warwick for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join their team. The Role: You will be responsible for supporting the warehouse and operational team with FLT duties, while also assisting with basic computer-based tasks where required.
- Operating an FLT Counterbalance truck safely and efficiently
- Moving, loading and unloading goods
- Supporting warehouse and stock movement duties
- Using systems such as Outlook and Excel
- Completing basic admin or stock-related tasks
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a busy team to meet daily targets
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Basic computer skills, ideally including Outlook and Excel
- Good attention to detail
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Ability to work the afternoon shift pattern
Pay & Hours: During the initial 12-week probation period, you will be paid through the agency at £13.70 per hour. Monday to Friday, 13:30 - 21:30.
