Duties
- Assemble and fit mechanical vehicle components
- Build assemblies using hand and power tools
- Work from engineering drawings, build sheets and technical instructions
- Fit brackets, panels, fixings and other vehicle components
- Carry out basic measurements, adjustments and quality checks
- Identify and report build or component issues
- Maintain high safety, quality and production standards
Requirements
- Previous mechanical assembly, vehicle build or manufacturing experience
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Able to read engineering drawings and technical instructions
- Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
