Recruitable Staffing Solutions are recruiting an experienced 5-Axis Laser Operator / Setter for our Coventry-based client.
Duties
- Set and operate 5-axis laser machinery
- Modify offline-created programs at the machine
- Use the machine screen or hand teach box
- Complete first-off inspection and sign-off
- Re-datum the machine and troubleshoot faults
- Carry out basic machine checks and maintenance
- Work to engineering drawings and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous 5-axis laser setting and operating experience
- Ability to make basic program modifications
- Experience completing first-off inspections
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
