Overview
Deliveries within a 50 mile radius of Bishop's Stortford. You'll be responsible for safe, professional driving, loading/unloading, and providing a reliable service to customers. Knowledge of the local area is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out van deliveries and collections across local routes
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Maintain a professional, helpful approach when dealing with customers
- Plan routes effectively and work to schedules
- Keep the vehicle tidy and report any issues promptly
- Complete basic delivery paperwork/records as required
- Attend and complete a driver awareness course (provided)
Skills and experience
- Confident van driver with a clean driving licence (essential)
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area
- Physically able to load/unload as part of the role
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a 7:30am start

Overtime
