RecruitAbility are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their client’s high-end business in Saffron Walden. You will need to lead, inspire and develop a high performing team to meet the needs of future company growth, whilst always acting with integrity.
The Role of Store Manager:
- Support the store team to grow their product knowledge and enhance their client interaction.
- Implement promotional activities and customer eventing opportunities.
- Focus on delivering profit growth through sales generation and effective cost control across the store.
