This is an exciting time to be joining them, as they expand into new areas, and offer huge opportunities for the right person.   The Role of Product Support Advisor: Solve technical support inquiries via telephone and email with a positive and professional demeanour Document interactions comprehensively for auditing and record keeping purposes Work within a team to identify recurring issues or opportunities for product or process improvements Create and submit knowledgebase entries to help improve customer service capabilities Stay abreast of any product changes Identify and resolve electrical and/or electronic product issues. Providing level 1 support and assistance across a range of products To be considered for the role of Product Support Advisor: A background or interest in mechanical/electronics is essential Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Strong detail orientation and listening skills You must be comfortable talking with clients on the phone ** You must have your own transport due to the location of the office**   The Package for Product Support Advisor: Salary:               £26,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience)      Hours:               Monday – Friday         Pension 23 day holiday (excluding bank holidays) Birthday holiday and long service holidays Free on-site parking Please apply on line or call (phone number removed) for more information.
