We re working with a fantastic client in Bishop s Stortford who is looking for a confident, commercially aware Business Development Executive to join their high-energy Christmas campaign team on a temporary basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to drive meaningful B2B sales, work in a vibrant and collaborative team, and enjoy beautifully refurbished, modern office space.

The Role:
You\’ll focus on building relationships and generating sales from the facilities management, property management, and cleaning sectors, promoting a much-loved festive product portfolio.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Researching and targeting companies using LinkedIn and online tools
  • Identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers
  • Writing persuasive outreach emails and making confident cold calls
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Collaborating with the Christmas, BD and Sales teams to share insights and tailor approaches

Who We re Looking For:
You ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are confident and articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand how to connect with senior decision-makers in corporate settings
  • Are proactive, organised, and commercially aware
  • Have experience in corporate, B2B sales, PA/EA, recruitment, or telemarketing
  • Bonus if you have knowledge of the facilities management sector
