Reporting to the Director, this is a high-profile position that plays a key role in supporting processes, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

This role would suit someone who is confident, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

The role of Office Co-ordinator:

  • Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence, including confidential enquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support ongoing sales activity
  • Coordinating quotations, invoicing, and shipping for product orders
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and supporting with documentation
  • Managing team expenses and ensuring accurate data collation
  • Coordinating international travel and complex logistics
  • Providing high-level office and facilities support, including liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring shared areas are fully stocked
  • Supporting client hospitality, including meet-and-greet arrangements
