Our client is a growing specialist business looking for an Office Administrator to provide essential support across administration, supplier coordination, logistics and project support activities. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to become a valued member of a close-knit team.
The role of Office Administrator:
- Coordinate supplier information and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Obtain quotations and pricing information from suppliers
- Support project planning and scheduling activities
- Place orders and track deliveries to ensure deadlines are met
- Arrange courier bookings, collections and shipments
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Organise meetings and assist with travel arrangements when required
- Procure office supplies and monitor stock levels
- Track project timelines and highlight any potential delays or issues
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Act as a professional and responsive point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders
To be successful in the role of Office Administrator:
- Previous administration, office support, coordination or logistics experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A flexible and team-focused attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport
The Salary and Package for the Office Administrator role:
