About the Role:

As a Junior Sales Administrator, you'll support the smooth running of the office and assist senior staff with a variety of administrative tasks. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate filing systems
  • Supporting senior staff with administrative duties, including raising orders and invoices
  • Assisting with document preparation, printing, and scanning
  • Updating databases and records
  • Managing multiple email inboxes
