My well established client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team and provide essential support across multiple areas. This role offers the opportunity to work in beautifully designed environments, ensuring top-tier client service and operational excellence. About the Role: As an Office Administrator, you will provide support across a number of areas, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer care. Working closely with the Operations team, you will support the business in welcoming clients, managing administration, and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Client Service & Reception – Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional welcome. Operational Support – Assist with meeting room bookings, handling post and parcels, managing security access, and ensuring smooth office operations. Sales & Marketing – Conduct client viewings when necessary, assist with occupancy levels, and contribute to business growth. Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure workplace safety standards are met and adhered to at all times. Flexible Cover – Adapt to a weekly rota, providing cover for holiday and unplanned absences across various locations. What We\’re Looking For: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within either hospitality, or corporate environments. Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to think on your feet. IT literate with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
