Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, 40 hours per week

The stores team work closely with the other business units to ensure readiness and to be prepared for new project roll outs and ongoing services. They are a central part of the organisation's success, sharing accurate data and helping realise the plans.

The role of Warehouse Supervisor:

  • Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team of 3 to run an efficient warehouse operation
  • Managing stock control, including rotation and waste
  • Planning workflow to meet deadlines
  • Working with internal departments to project plan
  • Reporting and using data to make changes and improvements where necessary
  • Overseeing cost control within the department

To be successful in the role of Warehouse Supervisor:

  • We are looking for a candidate with experience of a supervisor role in a similar environment.
  • Calm and approachable team leader
  • Computer literacy with experience of reporting
  • Planning and inventory control using an ERP system
  • Process and procedure improvement
  • Health and safety knowledge
  • A counterbalance forklift licence

The Salary and package for the Warehouse Supervisor role:

  • Basic salary of £35,000 per annum
