The role of Client & Projects Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary day-to-day contact
- Build strong client relationships and maintain regular communication throughout projects
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Work closely with specialist teams to understand project progress and priorities
- Translate technical or complex information into clear client updates
- Manage client expectations around timelines, scope and project milestones
- Identify potential risks or delays and proactively communicate solutions
- Support client onboarding and help create a consistently positive customer experience
- Attend client meetings and represent the business professionally

To be successful in the role of Client & Projects Manager:
- Previous experience in account management, project coordination or client services
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of project budgets and scope
- Ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and internal teams
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Experience within a consultancy, agency, FMCG, professional services or similar environment would be advantageous
The Salary and Package for the Client & Projects Manager role:
- Basic salary of £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
