An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Co-ordinator/Receptionist to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company. Based to the north of Cambridge, this role is perfect for a proactive and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
- Handle initial sales enquiries, conduct viewings, and support revenue generation.
- Assist with event bookings, meeting room management, and administrative tasks.
- Be present at maybe one, maximum two, evening events a week to make sure everything runs smoothly from the Centre's point of view (for which over time will be paid).
- Support the Office Manager and provide cover when required.
- Ensure high standards of organisation, operations, and compliance with procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Genuine interest in technology as this is a tech-focused workplace.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business administration (desirable).
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Package:
- Basic salary £27,000 - £28,500 pa
- Hours: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday + extra days at Christmas
