The Role
We're looking for a qualified Electrician to join a growing team, carrying out maintenance and reactive works across high-end residential and commercial properties in London. This is a mobile role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day. You'll be handling a mix of small jobs, callouts, and short projects rather than large-scale site work. You'll be based locally to Bishop's Stortford, collecting materials and travelling into London daily using a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical work
- Fault finding and repair of electrical systems including lighting, power and distribution boards
- Attending callouts and completing small jobs and short projects
- Conducting annual and interim testing where required
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations
- Travelling between client sites across London
- Collecting materials from the Bishop's Stortford office and delivering to site
- Occasional collection and drop-off of tools
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified Electrician (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience in maintenance and/or reactive works (rather than new-build/site work)
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Based within approximately 30 minutes of Bishop's Stortford
- Comfortable travelling into London on a daily basis
- Professional and personable approach (client-facing role)
- ECS Card
