We're working with a friendly and growing business looking for an exceptional Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, supporting clients from initial enquiry right through to after-sales care. This role is about building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing a genuinely helpful, efficient service.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling inbound customer calls and emails
