Front of House & Facilities Coordinator to join a professional and forward-thinking company based at Cambridge Science Park.
This is a varied role combining front of house, administration, customer service and facilities support.
You will be a key point of contact for clients and visitors, helping to ensure the building runs smoothly and is always welcoming and well presented.
Candidates from a strong front-of-house background are very welcome to apply, particularly those who have worked within hotels, hospitality, serviced offices or other busy customer-facing environments.
- Key Responsibilities for the Front of House & Facilities Coordinator role:
- Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service for clients and visitors.
- Manage incoming calls, post, deliveries and general enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Assist with the day-to-day running and presentation of reception, communal and kitchen areas.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers regarding maintenance, cleaning and facilities issues.
- Provide basic first-line IT support and escalate issues where required.
- Keep CRM and booking systems accurate and up to date.
- Assist with parking, access cards, keys and general administration.
- Provide holiday and sickness cover when required.
Ideal Candidate for the Front of House & Facilities Coordinator role
- Previous reception, front-of-house, administration or hospitality experience.
Candidates from hotels and other customer-focused hospitality environments are encouraged to apply.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
