About the Role We are looking for an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Warrington. This is a true 360 recruitment role, giving you full ownership of your desk, from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing and placement. You’ll be joining a supportive, ambitious business that rewards success, provides genuine career progression, and offers the flexibility of hybrid working. Key Responsibilities * Develop and grow your own 360 construction recruitment desk. * Generate new business through proactive sales activity, networking and referrals. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the construction sector. * Source, interview and manage high-quality construction professionals. * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer management and aftercare. * Negotiate terms of business, fees and rates. * Meet and exceed monthly billing and activity targets. * Keep CRM records up to date and maintain an organised pipeline. * Stay informed on market trends and provide consultative advice to clients and candidates. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: * Previous experience working as a 360 Construction Recruitment Consultant (essential). * A proven track record of generating new business and billing consistently. * Strong business development and client management skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * A driven, resilient and target-focused mindset. * The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively. * A full UK driving licence is desirable.
