About You
- To be considered, you must have proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within Industrial, Commercial, or Engineering recruitment
- Be currently billing in excess of £100,000 per annum
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of both temporary and permanent recruitment processes
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Have excellent local market knowledge
- Be confident negotiating rates, terms, and fees with clients
- Have outstanding communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
