How to prepare for a job interview at Recruita

    ✨Know Your Stuff

Before the interview, make sure you understand the recruitment process inside out. Familiarise yourself with the key responsibilities listed in the job description, especially around business development and candidate management. This will help you speak confidently about how your skills align with what they’re looking for.

    ✨Showcase Your Sales Skills

Since a strong sales background is preferred, be ready to share specific examples of how you've successfully met or exceeded targets in previous roles. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers and demonstrate your ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

    ✨Build Rapport

Recruitment is all about relationships, so practice building rapport during the interview. Be personable and engage with your interviewer by asking insightful questions about their company culture and hiring needs. This shows that you’re genuinely interested and can help you stand out.

    ✨Prepare for Role-Play Scenarios

Expect to encounter role-play scenarios where you might need to demonstrate your negotiation skills or how you would handle a difficult client or candidate situation. Practising these scenarios beforehand can help you feel more comfortable and showcase your problem-solving abilities effectively.
