About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the construction sector. This is a 360 role with a warm desk, offering immediate access to existing clients and live vacancies across Greater Manchester and the wider region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a 360 recruitment desk within the construction sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities
  • Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
  • Negotiate terms of business and fees with clients
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (construction sector preferred)
