We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Recruitment Resourcer within construction recruitment, based LS1 nearby the Train Station. Within the role, you will:

  • Call temporary construction workers to check their availability.
  • Help match workers to available jobs, often at short notice.
  • Conduct initial telephone interviews and screening.
  • Obtain reference and RTW Docs.
  • Identify potential sales leads for recruitment consultants to follow up.
  • Keep the candidate database accurate and up to date.
  • Provide workers with important information about jobs and site requirements.
  • Support a team of 360 recruitment consultants so they can concentrate on sales and client relationships.
  • Handle several tasks at once and respond quickly when priorities change.

Whilst you don’t necessarily need previous recruitment experience, because training will be provided, they are mainly looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Confidence on the telephone.
  • Good verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure.
  • Experience supporting a team.
  • Experience dealing with customers/clients, either B2B or B2C.
  • Ability to work towards targets.
  • Good database/admin skills.
  • Reliability and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Construction knowledge – helpful, but not essential.
  • Highly educated and organised individual with a keen eye for detail.

Working hours/location:

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00am–5:30pm
  • Some flexibility may be required.
