Are you an experienced permanent recruiter looking to move into a specialist, niche market where demand is high and vacancies are plentiful? This is an exciting opportunity to build a reputation-led desk, sourcing and headhunting high-calibre talent across a national client base, with a particular focus on the South West and London markets.
You will manage a full 360 recruitment role, taking ownership of the end-to-end process and building long-term, trusted relationships with clients. With autonomy to shape your desk (with support) to succeed.
The Role- Deliver full 360 permanent recruitment solutions
- Proactively map markets and headhunt top-tier talent
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage the full candidate journey, from attraction through to placement
- Provide honest, professional communication at every stage
- Use Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and CV matching as part of your attraction strategy
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage hiring timelines
- Office hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility when required
- Hybrid working: Tuesday and Friday from home, with Teams support throughout the day
- Three days per week office-based
- A collaborative team player with strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Professional, honest and relationship-focused in your approach
- Confident communicator with excellent time management abilities
- Experienced in delivering a seamless, high-quality service to both clients and candidates
