Are you an experienced Technical Engineering Recruiter looking for a role where you can focus on recruitment and relationship management without the pressure of sales? We're looking for a driven recruiter who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing multiple vacancies, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across temporary, contract, and permanent positions.

The Role

As the dedicated recruiter for a portfolio of engineering clients, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Regularly communicating with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide updates
  • Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality engineering candidates
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions
  • Visiting client sites to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Supporting and checking in with temporary workers to ensure they are happy in their assignments and resolving any issues that arise
  • Ensuring both clients and candidates receive an excellent recruitment experience throughout the process

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current experience as a Technical Engineering Recruiter
  • A strong understanding of engineering recruitment processes
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and organised approach
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary
